Who handles your data

CutSniper («we») is the controller for the personal data you send us through the request form on this site. The controller's full identifying details are in the legal notice, and you can write to us any time at the email address in the footer.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form: name, email address, a link to your channel, main platform, how often you stream, the typical length of your footage, monthly video volume, budget per video and, if you fill them in, a sample link and a free-text comment. We use no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics and no advertising profiling.

Cookies and tracking

Visiting this site puts no cookie on your browser. Only one is ever stored, to remember your language, and only if you pick it yourself using the switch in the header. The Spanish data protection authority treats personalisation cookies chosen by the user as technical ones, exempt from consent, which is why there is no banner here to click through. There is no analytics, no pixels, no advertising and no third-party cookies. Your browser never connects to any domain other than this site's: even the YouTube thumbnails are served from here.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request and work out whether we can take the job on. We don't send newsletters, we don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything other than replying to you.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as the conversation is live and, if we don't end up working together, for up to twelve months. After that it's deleted.

Who else sees it

Emails are sent through Resend (Resend Inc.) and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both act as processors and are based in the United States, so your data leaves the European Economic Area under the international transfer safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR. We also keep a short-lived counter per IP address in Upstash to stop bulk form submissions; that counter expires on its own and is not tied to your request. Nobody else sees what you write to us.

Automated decisions

None that affect you. A person reads your request and a person answers it. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't hand anything to ad networks.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it, by writing to our contact address. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you think we haven't dealt with your request properly.
